Municipal Sewerage Treatment Facility - Long Branch, New Jersey

We provided the design and construction documents for the Long Branch Sewerage Authority new Head Works and Vehicle Maintenance buildings in coordination with Maser Engineering's design for the entire treatment plant process upgrades.

New Prive Office Building

Our firm provided concept design , design development, construction documents, and construction observation services for this New Office Building. 

Park Concession and Access Building

Our firm provided the architectural design concepts, as built documentation, budget estimates, and public presentations for the feasibility study for this project. The concept was to provide additions and alterations to the existing concession building that would provide an expansion of beachfront services, provide handicapped accessibility, and enhance the aesthetics of this waterfront park.   The pavillion includes: a covered second floor seating area, first floor, accessible bath and changing areas, a small food service area, and lifeguard office and storage room.

Private Office Building

This new two story office building was designed by our firm.  It is located in the downtown section of Toms River, adjacent to the waterfront.  The building was designed for efficient business function and flexibility, but also to take advantage of the views to the river.
