Florida & Pennsylvania

As of August 2017, B.L.D.G. Architecutre LLC is a Florida registered business and licensed to practice and provide Architecture and Architectual related services in the State of Florida. We are focusing on the South West portions of the State in the

Ft. Myers, Sanibel-Captiva area, but will work in any part of the state. We also added a Pennsylvania License in 2019.

We recently completed a project in Point Pleasant, New Jersey that is currently being featured on This Old House. Our project was a result of Super Storm Sandy. Our clients, Carlos and Maria, were resolved to lift their home out of the flood plain so they do not have to worry about flooding again. Please watch the eight part series on PBS starting October 5, 2013. The series is a great depiction of the issues many homeowners are facing as we rebuild our homes and communities. My firm is very thankful to the This Old House Team for telling the story of the reconstruction of the New Jersey Shore.

This is a progress photo of one of our new homes currently under construction. This photo shows the framing complete, windows installed, and wood shingle siding in progress. This home is located in the community of Curtis Point.

This is a side view of our Texas Lakefront Home under construction. The work has been underway for a few months and the contractor is making great progress. We will add photos as they are available.
