Private Residence, Colts Neck, New Jersey

This project included exterior renovation work and includes new roof gambrel dormers, new stone and wood siding, a new kitchen addition and all new doors and windows.  All of the windows, doors, exterior siding and trim was replaced and a new thin stone veneer was added to the base of the building.   The interior spaces were altered where required to provide the gambrel roof shapes and to provide views and access to the outside living areas.  

Private Residence, Mantoloking, New Jersey

This project is a complete interior and exterior renovation project which included a new master bedroom addition, and new covered outdoor living space.  All of the windows, doors, exterior siding and trim was replaced and a new thin stone veneer was added to the base of the building.   The interior spaces were altered to provide an open living concept and to provide views and access to the outside living areas.

Private Residence, Catskills, New York

This Catskills Cabin project was a complete "gut", addition, and alteration resulting in a nearly brand new vacation home.  The owner and the principals of our firm saw the hidden potential in the original structure.  We worked together on the design to make the design and construction on this woodland site a reality.

Private Residence,  Seaside Park, New Jersey

This project is a new two story home located midway between the Ocean and the Barnegat Bay in Coastal New Jersey.  We provided complete concept, preliminary, design development, and construction document services for this project.  The home was designed to maximize the useable area of the site , be relatively maintenace free, and energy efficient.  The home has been complete and occupied for a number of years.
